Wal-Mart - all 24 Hour stores will have Midnight release, If your store is not open 24 hours. You can pick your copy when the store opens the next morning.
GameCrazy - has announced last week, all of their stores will be open at Midnight.
GameStop - Selected stores will be open at Midnight for the release of GTA IV. Call your local Gamestop to see if they will be open.
