GTA IV Intro Real or Fake?

Early last night, a so called intro for GTA IV surfaced on Youtube. User claims it's the real deal. Many people assume that it's fake and began to break the video down. Trying to show proof that it's fake. Rockstar has not demanded for it to be taken down yet. However he loses all creditability when he ask for 500 dollars, if you want to see gameplay footage.
