More Information on GTA IV

- You can see the lights of planes as they fly overhead
- Niko can fly through the windshield if he drives fast n hit a wall
- You can check out criminals rap sheet n address (criminals have houses), call for back up in a police car
- You can see reflection on the rear wing mirrors
- Bell (another character that you will interact with)
- Instead of the old roadwork excuse, though, this time the bridges are closed because terrorist threat. chatting on the radio about freedom and the war on terror
- Mellow Jazz-Flute n Classic Rock are in the radios
- Theirs a Mission called Jacobs Ladder
- Cars no longer explode when flipped over.
- Grenades can be thrown from cars.
- You can push pedestrians out of the way using the B button on the Xbox 360 (presumably Circle on the PS3).
- Police AI has been improved and they won't shoot unless you've committed a serious offence, running from them will cause them to open fire.
- Different melee attacks can be preformed by holding down the right trigger and pressing Y, X or B.
- The cover system is similar to that in Uncharted Drake's Fortune and Gears of War, you can also blind fire.
- You'll notice characters breathing when it's cold.
- Some of the gangs in Liberty City are the Mafia, Jamaicans, Triads and Irish.
- Some in-game bridges have tolls.
- Spinners (on wheels) have been implemented due to the community's requests.
- Niko has an e-mail account and also uses RSS feeds. These can be accessed at any TW@ Internet café
- Radio stations will often report on events you've caused (e.g. completing missions, killing mob bosses)
- After running over a pedestrian blood spatter appears on the bumper and windshield of the car.
- The PS3's version seems to be exactly the same visually as it's 360 counterpart
- The frame rate on the ps3 version is extremely smooth
- Niko's clothes get bloodier after you take more and more damage
- When you fail a mission, you receive a text message asking whether you want to replay the mission, even a 'skip trip' feature is included
- Multiplayer will be accessed from the phone
- The phone can also be used for messageing, photos, reminders and music.
- R1 will be the 'into cover' button for the ps3, many variations of getting into cover apply
- You can dangle from Helicopters, just like vans and trucks
- When your about to die it fades into black and white, just like in gears of war and uncharted.
- Ne-Yo and R Kelly were heard on the radio
- Niko is able to ask the cab driver to change the radio station
- Niko pays the cabbie double (which adds up to $39) to speed up
- Bums on the street ask for money, you have the ability to give them money
- Niko raises his arms when cops try to 'bust him' out of say a car, but he can move freely and can run or retaliate
